OK Here's a little recount of what ive done so far:
USA
Left NY, NY for San Antonio, TX, oct 9 2010, 3058km (1900mi) by bus.
Left San Antonio, TX for Brownsville, TX, oct 13 2010, 483km (300mi) by bicycle
MEXICO
Crossed the border into Matamoros, Tamaulipas, oct 18 2010.
Left Matamoros for Tampico, Tamps, oct 18 2010, 500k (310mi) by bus
note: all that follows is by bicycle
Tampico, Tams, to Veracruz, Ver, along gulf coast, from oct 20 to 24 2010, 491km (305mi) one rest day in Veracruz.
Veracruz to Acayucan, Ver to Palomares, Oaxaca, towards Pacific coast, from oct 26 to 30 2010, 430km (267mi) one sick day in Acayucan.
Palomares, Oax, to Tapachula, Chiapas, from oct 31 to nov 3 2010, 480km (298mi).
Total by bus: 3558km (2211mi)
Total by bicycle: 1884km (1170mi)
So thats the distance so far, tomorrow i enter Guatemala at the Ciudad Hidalgo, Mex-Tecun Uman, Gua. border, and ride hard as far in along the pacific road as i can.

Juaniii!!! Me haces falta... Yo disque te estaba escribiendo con el Iphone y resulta que nada de lo que he puesto realmente se ha quedado en tu blog por culpa del Iphone =).
